1 box chocolate bars
5 chocolate mint bars
1 box banana pudding
1 box vanilla pudding
6 packets chocolate pudding

for:

hot cocoa

chicken and wild rice soup
beef stew
chicken noodle soup
oatmeal raisin bars
minestrone soup
chili
or anything up not up ...

I still have two new boxes of Fruit and nut bars and one box of S'mores to trade for oatmeal, or any soup except the cream soups. :D

I really don't know exactly what I'm looking for. I was looking at the stuffed portabella mushroom and zucchini boat recipes and they sound good but I really want something with spinach and cheese.

Can you guys come up with something that has spinach, tomatoes, cheese (either mozzarella or cottage cheese... or both) and possibly even some ground turkey? I understand with the restrictions it may not be possible to have both the cheese and ...

Hi Everyone

OK, I'm kinda new at this Medifast cooking but I was having a rough day and really needed something sweet. I looked around at muffin recipes and many call for MF eggs, which I didn't have. I used a couple egg whites, so I guess if I count them as part of my lean I am OK??? It would be one egg white per meal.

Does this look compliant?
