TSFL and Medifast just added some simple starter kits to the menu. Here's an example of the Women's starter kit:

2-Week Easy Starter Kit for Women
3 boxes Medifast 55 Dutch Chocolate, 3 boxes Medifast 55 French Vanilla, 1 box Peanut Butter Bars, 1 box Oatmeal Raisin Bars, 1 box Minestrone Soup, 1 box French Vanilla Berry Oatmeal, 1 box Chicken Noodle Soup.

vanilla Medifast mix
1 cup of sugar-free Tang mix w/water (make strong)
dash of orange extract (not the immitation)
dash of vanilla
8-10 ice cubes.

crush ice cubes then add the other stuff and blend till smooth. with the added flavorings, this is really refreshing first thing in the a.m.

I am having trouble replying to posts. I had no trouble earlier today but after repeated attempts, I keep getting the same message "Invalid session". I even signed off, then back on to no avail. Can you help me, please?

I was SOOOoooooo hungry when I got home from the seminary tonight. My usual twenty minute commute took 40 minutes (ah, the joys of urban life!) and I was FAMISHED when I got home.

This really hit the spot:

Shake together....

1 pkg. Medifast Creamy Tomato Soup
12 oz. water
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Stir in 1 beef bullion cube until completely dissolved.

I'm guessing this is while supplies last and they clear out the old stock, so probably not a bad idea to get ...
