Coffee Shake??

Howdy
Has anyone ever added the chocholate medifast to thier coffee?? just wondering if we can have the shake HOT!! or if it would just get lumpy and not stir/blend well? not sure if the protien in the shakes can be heated??

anyone got any other good recipes for the vanilla and chocholate shake mixes? where do you buy the divinchi syrups?

Chili Recipe

Okay, I was wrong, the chili recipe came from my health advisors group.

Here it is!

Pour chili packet into bowl and add 1/2 cup cold water.
Add 1 Tbsp LaVictoria Red Taco Sauce
(Use medium instead of mild to give a little kick) Stir.
Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes. Stir again.
Let stand 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Microwave for another minute. Stir some More.

Vanilla Cream

In blender, add 1 packet vanilla shake, 3/4 of a can or bottle of diet cream soda, and some cinnamon. Blend.

Serve with a dash of nutmeg on top, if you like.

It's like having dessert for dinner - yum! I like to have this as my last shake of the night.

Revved up Chili

If you haven't already had any crackers for the day, here is a great way to rev up the chili recipe.

Add a little extra water then the box requires, and add your crackers prior to cooking the chili.

Also add:

Curry powder
Garlic Salt
Crushed Red Pepper
(all to taste)
