I have a hot boullion tip. (big news in the MF world huh?)

I bought the 'better than boullion' chicken, and it is absolutely delicious. It's like drinking a bowl of chicken soup.

I add a dab of it to my chicken noodle mf soup and it zips it right up.
Same with the beef flavor and the mf chili.

They have about 4 other flavors too ..... Ham, Vegetable, LOBSTER, and one other one ...

Howdy all...I just wanted to share with you a little recipe I just had...and my gosh..my mouth was on fire...but It was soooo good!

I made a packet of Chili and added some chili powder and some Traders Joes HOT autentic Salsa...along with a package of Crushed Medifast crackers...and it was soooooooooooooooo yummy!!

Great meal when youve got aunt flo on her way anyday and your craving that salt...I always want salt or HOT stuff ...

I just got my syrups. You weren't kidding about the price being good. These are 3/4 liter bottles, not the little bottles of vanilla they sell at the grocery store. I'm bad about water, always have been. Everyone in my family is like that. So I am adding a tablespoon of the syrup to soda water. Watermelon in Diet Sprite is also awesome. Okay, i was trying out some of the recipes you have all posted (yum!) and thought I would experiment and make some tiny changes.

I like this one in the evenings. It's my 'dessert'. :lol:

Root Beer Ice Cream Soda
1 packet Medifast Vanilla Supplement
3 oz cold water
4 oz. Diet Ginger Ale
3-4 ice cubes
1/4 tsp. Root Beer Concentrate

Place ice cubes and water ...

Try this...(youll need divinchi sugar free syrup flavors Peanut butter and bannana..buy them on www.cappuccinoconnection.com) ;)

1 Dutch choc. medifast shake
1 tablespoon PB flavored syrup
1 tablespoon Bannana syrup
5 ice cubes
8 oz water

blend...and enjoy..my gosh..this tastes sinful!! :lol:

Has anyone made the chili or soups and kept it till the next day to eat for lunch? does it stay good?? just curious...I know it says in the shaker success book that you can make the shakes up to 12 hours in advance...
does anyone know about the food????
