Just wanted to share a little tip - file' powder is good for thickening up the chili. Just shake a little on, and your chili becomes nice and thick (not like sludge, but has a thicker texture).

Before Medifast I used to LOVE the Mocha Coconut Frapps from Starbucks. You know the ones-- they had a mere 3 bizillion calories per serving.
