Add 3/4 cup water instead of 1/2 cup. Add 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash. Microwave for 2 minutes. Let sit for at least 3 minutes (10 is better). Stir up. Microwave another 1-2 minutes. Add 1 TBSP. mild picante sauce, 1 TBSP. chopped red onion (or green onion). Stir and enjoy. If you like it thicker add several Medifast crackers, crushed and stir to thicken.

hello everyone, I am working on a marketing paper for school and I decided to cover Lean Cuisine.

I am currently looking for the meals that they originally started with in 1981 and the other meals they introduced along to way to now the variety of meals they offer.

Also, if you know of anywhere where I can find the early print ads they used that would be great.

OK- I have 3 boxes of the Chicken & Wild Rice soup. I would really like to trade them for oatmeal or shakes. I do not like mushrooms which mean that the soup is nasty to my taste buds. :(

Someone please take pitty on me and swap. I may die if I have to actually eat the mushroom (ok, I might be a drama queen). ...

Does anyone out there have any meal suggestion and preparation? I am on the 5 and 1 plan.

this made my chili sooo good!
I got some "carb option" (actually it's Heinz but low carb) and put 1 Tbsp in my chili as it cooked. adds only 5 cals and 1 carb!
