If anyone is interested, I would love to swap boxes of vanilla shakes for chocolate. I'm having a real hard time getting those down and don't look forward to them, like I do the chocolate. Let me know. Thanks.

I FINALLY found it! it is GREAT!! It doesn't taste exactly like Diet Coke, tastes more like Diet Pepsi. I am excited about this new product becasue I am very sensative to aspertame/Nutrasweet-- i used to drink over 160 ounces of Diet Coke a day ( yes you read that right 160 !!! ) and had to stop due to health reasons.

My mom just found this recipe and thought we should share it here. Kind of goes along with the snow cone thread...

Dissolve 1 pkg. SF jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 2 cups SF carbonated beverage of your choice. Mix, then freeze mixture until firm.

This morning I decided to make an oatmeal pancake.

I mixed it up according to the oatmeal cookie recipe and then smushed it into a pancake shape in the pan and fried it in Pam. Topped it with a little sugar free maple syrup and ta-da!!!

I thought it was really good and just something different to do with the oatmeal.

i saw an advertizement on tv mentioning the Medifast 980 Program.

What is it? Is it the same stuff all of you are using? Is it cheaper to get it this way?

Are we allowed to add any sugar/fat-free pudding to our shake? I don't have the Medifast pudding, so was wondering if the other "over the counter" variety was permitted? Thanks to anyone who knows the answer to this question.

This is weird...I was registering so that I could order and I put in my mailing address with the correct zip code, and I keep getting a message that the zip code I used is not a valid FL zip code! I checked it twice, and it is the right zip code. Heeeeelllpppp! (the zip is 33705, which is St. Petersburg, FL)
