I'm back from my conference trip, and I stayed on program (yayyy!), but I need some innovative up-and-coming dinner ideas for my lean and green meal. I've been having either salads with meat, or steak (or chicken) and veggies, and I'm jonesing for something different. Any ideas?

If you are looking for something to spice up your lean and green, try this sauerkraut "salad." Drain one can sauerkraut. Add 1/4 cup each green, yellow, red peppers and 1 large stalk celery. Add two teaspoons of vinegar and 2 packets Splenda.You may adjust vinegar and Splenda to taste. This keep well in the refrigerator and can be enjoyed for several meals. Goes well with pork.

Hey everybody.......my parents are coming in two weeks and I need about 10 chocolate RTD's. I don't want to buy a case because I prefer to make my shakes in the blender.......but........on the long road trip to Canada to go to Niagra Falls I'm going to need these in the cooler or I'm going to be in a bind!! I just wanted to share with you a great find. I went food shopping today and was looking for a salad dressing that was "allowable" on my salad for my lean/green meal. I found 2 great dressings. Hey guys my shakes finally arrived!!! Im so happy the chocolate shakes are so good (especially with the magic bullet) but I think down the road i want a bit more variety. I have alot -- so I am very open to several trades. I would looove to trade for some pudding, bars, oatmeal, or other flavor shakes (55 or 70). If you dont have any of that, but maybe something that your not too ...
