How much salsa can I add to my chili? I added a half of cup (4 oz) to my chili and it was great.

In addition, how many packs of MF crackers can you have per day?

I AM NEW TO TSFL (MEDFAST) I DO NOT LIKE THE MY SUPPORT PERSON OR THE DR. INVOLVED. I TRIED THE MEDFAST BEFORE AND MY HUSBAND DID GREAT OR I WOULD NOT HAVE TRIED AGAIN. I HAD A HORRABLE TIME THE FIRST TIME I TRIED EXTREME DIRAREAH. QUESTION ADVISOR AND DR HAD EXTRA BLOOD WORK DONE AND COULD NOT GET THE RESULTS FROM THE DR INVOLVED. OK, I FINALLY found a way to make the cream of chicken soup not only tolerable, but pretty tasty. I added a tsp of Better Than Bouillon (chicken flavor) and about two tsps of fresh salsa, then mixed in a crumbled-up pack of Medi-crackers. It was so good I had it again at my next meal (yes, I had two packs of crackers in one day, but I didn't have any the past few days, ...

I have a new favorite that I want to share. You know, back in the old day (pre-mfast) I used to love Taco Bell...and now that my double decker taco supreme days are over I've convinced myself that my version of this Medifast creamy chicken soup is just as satisfying as my former midnight trips thru that addictive taco shack drive thru:

Maybe this recipe is already on this message board, but I just enjoyed a yummy "V-8" beverage with Medifast! I used cold water, creamy tomato soup, salt and pepper and did a vigorous shake....YUM! I'm gonna make this a regular on my menu! :pour: I'll bet there are other spices that could also be used for additional flavor.
