I LOVE carmel cappucino. I haven't had it in ages because of all the caffeine, calories, etc... Well, today, I got my first shipment of SF DaVinci syrups. I made a MF cappucino, and put a Tbsp of SF DaVinci Carmel syrup! OH MY GOSH!!!! It is HEAVEN!!!!!!

Does anyone have any recipes/ideas for soups or stews that would fit the lean and green meal? I really like eating hot foods and I love soups in the winter. Also, I'm looking through my recipes now, but does anyone know what a serving size would be for the l & g?

3 packets of (MF) chicken noodle soup
3 eggs slightly beaten
3 cups water
1 tsp onion pwdr
1 tsp garlic pwdr * i love garlic so sometimes I use extra. ...

Are those still available - the boxes that contain 18 shakes per box?

I have 4 full boxes of Chai Latte plus 6 packets! I bought 5 boxes and I REALLY don't like it. I would like to trade for any soup except for tomato or minestrone, dutch choclolate shakes, cappuccino, or bars. PLEASE someone help a Chai hater! :(

I'm going to be taking a break from MF. Things are looking a little tight around here for the kidlets to have Christmas, so I am going to sell my MF products.

I have the following for $10/box:

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal: 8 boxes
Banana pudding: 3 boxes
Banana shakes: 25 boxes
Vanilla shakes: 3 boxes

I think the dates on them all are 03/06.

Buy 5 boxes and I will pay the shipping, otherwise add ...
