Wondering if anyone has tried the shake cookies that are listed to make in the Holiday Survival Guide? I am thinking that they may help me get thru this week...

ALSO, can I make them more than once a day? (a Nancy question probably!)...and have the 5 cookies count as a shake each time? Or is this something that should only be done once a day?

Hi everyone.. well i was just wondering how our #Club thing gets updated.. because honestly i don't even remember mentioning that i'm in the 30#club (soon to be 40 YAY!!!).. In celebration of the upcoming holidays, the Take Shape for Life home office and call center will be closed on Thursday, December 8th from 11:30 AM (8:30 AM) to 4:30 PM EST (1:30 PM PST) for our annual holiday gathering.
