these are really cute, how are they done?

I've recently come into a big shipment of Medifast (a friend ordered a month's worth, gave it a day or so, and promptly gave up; don't ask). Anyway, it included 10 boxes of Dutch Chocolate 55 shakes and, as most of you know, I HATE the shakes. So ... I'm ready to trade.

I'll take bars (lemon, oatmeal, chocolate mint or fruit and nut), chili, chocolate pudding, cocoa or chicken noodle soup. Or any combination ...

I have 6 packets of chili that I am willing to part with. I would be willing to trade for 6 packets of any of the following.

Vanilla shakes
Cappucinno
Chai
Cream of Broccoli
Cream of Tomato

Or just about anything but the chili.

Okay, I have 5 or 6 packets of chicken noodle soup. Does anyone want them for free? I don't want to throw them away when I know someone could use them. They have been sitting on my kitchen cabinet for about two weeks now and I need to get rid of them. Thanks.

If I make a shake in the blinder and stick it in the fridge will be be good tomorrow?

Looks like nobody likes these, but I thought I'd try anyway (I'm so glad I didn't choose one of these as my first MediFast meal...I might have given up right then and there).

I have 3 boxes of chile and 2 boxes of minestrone (minus one packet each). I will take anything...I think. ;)

Many of you are beginning to understand the convenience factor of having some of the Ready To Drinks in your car or office desk drawer - they really are great to have on hand when you run out of time to prepare a Medimeal. They do not need to be refrigerated, just slip the straw off the side of the package, poke it in the top and slurp away.

Can we have smoked salmon or smoked deli turkey or chicken as part of our L+G meal???

I checked the smoked salmon yesterday and it has 0 carbs and 0 sugar.
