Ok.. I'm still new but I've figured out that right now, I want Vanilla Shakes.

I have a Full Box of Creamy Tomato Soup & a full Box of Chai Latte.

I have 6 packs in a box of Hot Chocolate, Cappucino & Orange Shake.

I am interested in Trading for some Vanilla Shakes. I am almost out of Vanilla Shakes and I like to use them to mix up alot.

“Hot Apple Pie with Ice Cream”

1 packet Medifast Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

4oz of water :water:

Apple Pie Spice -1/8 teaspoon or more according to your taste preference

1 and 1/2 packette Splenda sweetener, divided (This is optional)

French Vanilla Cool Whip (1-2 T)

Mix Oatmeal with water and the apple ...

I have a question, can I have for my L+G meal a naked chicken burrito???
I can have it with only chicken or meat and veggies, lettuce, tomatoes, and no cheese or anything else.

I would be so easy and it is very tasty.

I thought my bonanza of shakes was all spoken for, but I miscalculated and have two more boxes of Dutch Chocolate shake mix to get rid of. Given my newfound love of oatmeal, I don't suppose anyone has a couple of boxes to trade? I'll take any flavor, since I seem to love whatever I tried (which still blows my mind, as a lifelong oatmeal hater).

Ok I love everything on program.....almost. I have 6 packets of Chai Latte and while I can drink it I can say honestly it is not my favorite. If anyone is interested in swapping please let me know.

Looking to unload some shakes....Orange Creme (70) and Swiss Mocha (55). I believe I have 5 of the OC, and a full box of the SM. Ok, so I believe in buying in bulk. I really have to tone that habit down but in this area it really does save quite a bit. I bought an 11 pound pork loin for right on 20.00 or 1.88 a lb.(I use to make fun of my mom for doing this) :oops: Thats a huge savings on what they normally sell the pork loin cuts here ...
