What is the consensus on the chicken soups. I know about soy chicken chunks, but I am usually really strict during Lent on only eating fish and not chicken or turkey. I don't have to worry about meat, obviously.

I do have vegetable broth cubes, but I think I will hold off on the soups for a while if I am iffy on chicken content.

i cannot find it in any of the stores around here and am going to have to buy it online. :(

i was wondering if any of you could throw out some of your favorites to help me make the right choices.

Hey Guys, this is probably a silly question but i was wondering if we could have some slices of Deli ham for our lean portion and if so, about how many slices would you say?


Also, i was wondering if it would be to bad to maybe have like one little slice or so as a snack once in a blue? LOL.. just curious..?
