Hi Guys! This is relatively simple but it was so satisfying I thought I would share. Last night I made a chicken salad of fresh chopped chicken breast, chopped onion and celery and ff/sf walden farms ranch dressing and served it on a bed of crisp baby spinach. It was DELICIOUS!!!!

In a previous post, we had an unknown 'Guest' sign on and post a recipe for Brownies using Medifast products.

I checked out the recipe with the TSFL/Medifast nutritonist and she said it is :whoohoo: approved.

Just a question for y'all, Can we put REAL mayo in our tuna?? I can't stand the lite mayo and LOVE tuna. If I use the mayo in place of the salad dressing is this ok? I usually mix up a can of tuna with pickles and onions and put it on my salad in place of dressing.

Im afraid of the answer??? :?

Hi all...

unfortuanately I was not able to stay with the program. :x

For those who want to know why...
other then the occasional slip up...i did fine weight wise...

But, my stomach started getting really acidy and I think I even passed a kidney stone. I have had them frequently in the past and was hoping against bad odds that they would not form :-(

So, ...

caused me to stumble on a YUMMY concoction!!!! I was craving some hot tea, but was running low on sweetner packets. SO, I made Apple Cinnamon herbal tea and added a splash of davinici sf caramel syrup! OMG...VERY yummy!!!!

I just started this diet recently and I have found that the one teaspoom of condiments doesn't really do that much for 7 oz. of meat. I keep hearing about Walden Farms products, but I haven't seen any info on how much is acceptable to use. I don't plan on using a lot, but probably around 1 tablespoon would make my food taste much better.

Is this acceptable for a medifast diet?
