OK so the first time I tried chicken noodle I thought it was ok (way better than the chili) but I thought it was kind of bland. Today I thought I would "Kick it up a notch!" so I added a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash (tomato, basil, garlic), an extra dash of basil, a dash of garlic powder, a dash of salt and pepper, and last a dash of tabasco. Ever make a shake with your MF pudding mix? I did a search to see if this has been discussed before, but I didn't find anything. I used a chocolate MF pudding, 6 oz water, and about a cup of crushed ice in my Smoothie maker. I had to add another 6 oz of water because it got so thick. I also added a packet of Splenda because I like my pudding a little sweeter. ...

Now keep in mind I am no chef so maybe some of you more crafty chefie types can tweek this a bit but I thought it was amazing. I invented it tonight.

Took 1 package of snack crackers, ground them up mainy just smooshing them added some water (sorry I didn't measure the water) some italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder and let it sit ...

This is probably already posted somewhere but for the newbies I will share. I got some Cranberry Mango Drink yesterday(thanks Sherri) and I put it in a glass with some water and mixed. I must say I was not impressed at first sip. Then I poured it in the blender and added some ice and honestly guys and gals, it tasted just like a fruit smoothie.

hello you beautiful people, i must confess that i am not a banana person.
i have a full box of lovely banana pudding as well as a full box of banana creme 55 shakes for anyone who is a true fan! :)
i will trade for any hot drinks, bars, or soups. no thanks on the oatmeal; i am pretty well stocked with that.

Today for snack I had a medi version of cheese nibs.

-One packet of medifast garden veggie crackers.
-Lay them out flat on a plate
-Spray with a light coating of pam cooking spray
-Sprinkle with Molly McCheese.

I know some of you use julienne zucchini as a pasta substitute. My question is if you do this, how much tomato sauce is allowed, or is not allowed? Maybe one with no added sugar... any suggestions here?

I was thinking of haveing that with some grilled chicken one night.

I like to each the Peach oatmeal occasionally, but it's something that I only enjoy about once a week. Is anyone interested in trading for the other kinds that I have?

I have 6 Maple and Brown Sugar and 7 Apple Cinnamon. If you would like to make an even two box trade, I would throw in one of the Peach oatmeals to even it out.
