Broccoli soup crackers???

Can someone help me please? I was reading through the recipes and I saw where someone said there was a recipe out there to make crackers out of the broccoli soup. Of course I can't find it anywhere. I have been back through all 13+ pages of recipes.

I can't stomach the soup and love the thought of crackers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Skye

Italian Meatball Stew

Figured it was time I post a new recipe. I didn't measure everything exactly as I was just "throwing" something together last night for dinner, but this was tasty.

I started with a lb of ground beef. Added 1 package of crumbled Medifast Veggie crackers, 2 T dehydrated onion, and 1 egg. A little parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic, and of course, Grandma's chili powder. Mix it up and make into good "racquetball" sized balls. Braise ...

New eggs in baking?

Why don't some of you super chefs see what can be done with the new scambled eggs for baking. After all they are eggs. Maybe we could get some actual fluff to our products. Also I tryed Nancy's idea of mixing the eggs in a majic bullet and wow! What a difference. I like to have ham and cheese eggs for breakfast ...

The Where Did You Buy That Thread????

Since I'm new here, please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place.

I have been reading through the recipes and notice many of you use the Da Vinci Syrups and Better Than Boullion. Where exactly do you buy it? Does it have to be ordered online or are you finding it in local stores?

ONIONS?!?!?!??!

I was just at mymedifast (for the first time since October) and saw that onions are no longer recommended?!?!?!? I mean, I know they're full of sugars, but I ate them often on my first trip down medifast lane, and it neither effected my weight loss or my total carbs for the day. At all. There was a while when I ate "fajita salad" 4 nights a week, which consisted of at least half an ...

mmmmmm...(Parmasean Chicken)

I just made the best Lean and Green I've made yet...

I am pretty sure it's compliant, with minor adjustments in portioning...

It was parmasean cheese crusted chicken tenders.

I mixed Parmasean cheese with dried oregano, garlic, salt and pepper, and cayenne (Maintainers may want to add a few crushed croutons.) for the breading.

I dipped the tenders in a mixed egg before breading them.

I seared them in a skillet with Olive Oil Pam, ...

Peanut butter syrup

Has anyone found it to be worth buying. I make a lot of cocont/chocolate shakes and I think that with ice added in, I get the Mounds taste almost right on.

Anyone mix PB and chocolate shakes up and get a good result?

I don't want to waste money on after-tasty PB syrup. Maybe if I see a mini bottle I will go for it.
