I WAS WONDERING ABOUT THE SOUPS. RECENTLY I BAUGHT THE DELICATE CHICKEN NOODLE AND NOTICED THAT THERE ARE ONLY 20 CALORIES IN THEM AND THEY COME 14 TO A BOX. WELL I KNOW IT SAYS THREE SHAKES AND YOU CAN EAT 2 SOUPS AS REPLACEMENTS. I WAS JUST WONDERING IF THESE WERE STRICKLY FOR SNACKS OR CAN YOU EAT 2 SOUPS TOGETHER AND CALL IT A REPLACEMENT MEAL ...

Has anyone ever tried the medifast cappucino? If not, I would STRONGLY suggest you do. It is DEVINE!! I am something of a coffee junkie, admittedly, but this stuff ROCKS! It is SOOOOO satisfying!! It has 14 grams of protein, so would it not count as a cold shake? Or am I terribly mistaken? It has whey protein and not soy protein..does that ...

I put one of my RTD shakes in the freezer to get it cold faster. Well, being the dingbat I am, I forgot it until it had frozen totally solid.

So as not to miss a shake, I cut the top of the box open, took my spoon and started to dig in! MMMMMmmmmm! Tastes like a fudgepop!!

I will be doing more of this when it gets really warm!!

I have no idea what inspired me to try this combo but it has ended up being my favorite.

1 packet Strawberry Creme Medifast 55 shake
8 oz caffiene free Diet Coke
ice

8 oz cold coffee
crushed ice
vanilla extract to taste.

Has anybody ever heard of bacon bouillon? I can't believe someone doesn't make it. My mother used to put bacon fat in lots of foods for flavor.

I'd like to get that flavor, but am not about to put bacon fat in my food.

Hey Guys..not sure if any of you "do" the fast soups...I started having 2 a day...and for all this time, I only tried the beef and the tomato...but boy oh boy I have been missing out on the delicate chicken...it is sooo good!! I added a bit of seasoning to it...and its so satisfying!! cant do the "crackers" anymore...I find that when I want to CRUNCH that I tend ot eat more than one package ...

Can we rev up the oatmeal the same way medifasters rev up the shakes (with the syrups or a Splenda packets)? I ordered the starter pack and I have tried everything except the Minestrone soup and so far the oatmeal (Vanilla Berry or some such) is the only thing that doesn't taste so great. Also, dunno if I'm having some sort of reaction to the French Vanilla shakes, but I wasn't feeling so good after ...
