Invented this concoction tonight at work. Too far from the sink to stop and rinse the Crystal lite sunrise out of the bottom of my glass (little powder left over from mixing in the glass - about 1/8 tsp). I poured in my chocolate RTD and a can of Canfield's Diet Chocolate soda over ice and it was FAB FAB FAB.

Can't wait to get home and try in the blender where it will be ...

YOU WILL WANT TO BLEND SUGAR FREE CARMEL SYRUP 8-10OZ OF WATER AND THE MF CAPPACHINO :tongue: IT IS SOO GOOD.

I ALSO LIKE IT HOT WITH HALF COFFEE INSTEAD OF WATER.

Here's the basic recipe....then you can play with your popcicle flavors (using DaVinci Syrups or Crystal Light powder mix) to your little heart's content ;)

1 package MF shake mix
1 packet sweetner
3/4 cups water

Shake it together and pour it into your popcicle mold, add stick, and freeze. I get two good-sized popcicles per package of shake mix.

So....what shall we call them? ...

Chicken Curry....

Chicken bullion with a pinch of curry powder in a mug of hot water hits the spot 8)

Hello!

I've been reading some past posts and read where Nancy said we can have a small amount of onion, green pepper, or celery in soup or bullion per day.

So...does that mean, for example, that bullion with a little chopped celery would be a "free food"? Can it effect your weight loss if you're on the full fast?

It sounds great for those days when you feel a little hungry....

Spicy Tomato Soup:

Mix in your shaker jar:

1 packet MF Creamy Tomato Soup

Pinch of chili powder

Dash of Tabasco sauce


Pour into a mug and heat it up in the microwave....delicious and VERY satisfying!

And you though Mexican food wasn't on the MF plan ;)

My kroger was out of diet root beer today when my order came in (drat!) and I really wanted to try the vanilla root beer float. Well, they did have something called Canfield's Diet Chocolate Cherry soda, so I tried that with the vanilla medifast and it WAS SO GOOD!!!! :chef:
