Since those days are OVER ;) I have figured out a way to make 'em using MEDIFAST ...

Oh, My! It’s Legal Punkin’ Pie!

Ingredients
1 packet Medifast-Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 packet Medifast-Multi-Grain Crackers
5 oz water
¼ teaspoon + Pumpkin Pie Spice (to your taste…Leopard Woman likes a tad bit more!)
3 packets Splenda™ (to taste - )
(Optional: Squirt a teensy tinsy bit of Redi-Whip™ or a teensy blob of Fat Free Cool Whip™ on top)

Directions
Mix Oatmeal, water, Pumpkin Pie spice and Splenda™ together. Microwave on high 2 min. ...

O.K.....You guys aready know I'm the crazy MF popscicle lady, so I want to share a strange combination with you that I really like. It reminds me of those chocolates with fruit cream centers :heart:.....NOT that anyone here would like those things besides me ;)

Anyway, this is a DOUBLE BATCH, so when I make them I get 4 ...

My homemade MF popscicles make my world a better place.

The basic recipe:

6 oz. water
1 package shake mix
1 packet sweetner (trust me...you need the packet of sweetner!)

SHAKE WELL. Pour into popscicle mold, and freeze. I get 2 large popscicles from every MF package. They are YUMMY and I feel like I'm EATING 8)

For my first Medifast meal in my new home, I fixed the French Vanilla Berry Oatmeal as directed, with a little less water, then added coffee and a Splenda packet to it. TASTY!!

Wow, anybody tried this yet? I just did, and found it VERY refreshing and delightful! Apparently lots of people have for years put a bit of lime juice in their coca-cola. I'd never heard of it. Have you ever had Israeli or Arabic coffee??? It is STRONG and flavored with cardamom....delicious!

You can buy ground cardamom at the grocery store.

I go in fits and starts with my gum 'chewage', today's one of those days when it's savin' me.

I was really surprised by how good some of the sugarless gum is, I really like these:
Dentyne Fire
Chiclets strawberry breeze
Chiclets citrus samba
Dragonfire
Dentyne wintergreen
Dentyne spearmint

BUT I tried Eclipse Cherry Chill today and it was YUCKY! It's like cough syrup in a gum, BEWARE!

For mints/candies I like s'mint and sqyntz ...
