I spoke with Crystal today and she gave me a good idea for you holiday nog drinkers.

Crystal had been bummed out about the holidays approaching and not being able to enjoy her favorite egg nog. She ordered some Davinci Sugar-Free Egg Nog flavored syrup to remedy the situation.

Hey Everyone................Just had a vanilla shake with 8 ounces of Diet 7up................not bad at all.

:?: I am new to this medifast system. (Just finishing my 2nd day). I am wondering if you can have eggs, boiled or scrambled for your protein meal?
