Do you think this is legal because I am impressed with myself!!

I just took 2 MF Fruit Berry Oatmeals and doubled the recipe for the Oatmeal Cookies (added 1 Tbs. Sugar Free Caramel Davinci)... let it set in the fridge for a bit. Then ... before baking I Chopped one MF Fruit/Berry Granola Bar into tiny bits and divided it up on top of the 12 cookies and baked 11 mins.

OK. This is short notice but does anyone have a good recipe that is MF legal and kind of Irish that I can take to a bunco party on Friday? I think something cabage and meat but not sure. I want to do my lean and green at the party so that I may participate in celebrations and also show the girls that I am not starving and you DO get to eat food and ...

Since I began MF almost two weeks ago with the starter kit, I have alot of vanilla and chocolate shakes to swig down.

I found the vanilla a little sweet for me, so tonight, I threw in a teaspoon of cardamom spice into the blender with ice and YUM!

Looking at all these lean cuisine concoctions, maybe there's a MF recipe book in the making.

What will be next?

Has anyone heard of these? They seem to be "flavor drops" that you can add to drinks. They're unsweetened and have 0 calories and 0 fat. I found them at albertsons and am trying the English Toffee flavor. It doesn't taste too bad.

They also had an amaretto flavor and a pecan. I'm not sure what the rules are for web pages, so I won't try to get around them.

Hi I would like for someone to tell me more about some of the things that you can add to change the mf food to make it more interesting? And what is the drink that you can have a starbucks? Also I want to make my chicken a little juicer any hints? thanks Shirley

How do you get them not to be lumpy? Any ideas, I was going to try and have the tomato for lunch?
