I found this recipe from a member on the Medifast site.

It's for those moments when you're close to failing...

Cottage cheese recipe

Here's a recipe I like to use when I'm a little tired of meat:

3/4-1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1-2 slices tomato diced
1-2 slices onion diced
1-2 slices green pepper diced
salt/pepper to taste

When I first heard of this recipe, I thought it sounded terrible, but I tried it and loved it. It's very crunchy for those of you who miss crunching. If you try it, let me know what you think.

Hot Drinks

I was reading old posts this morning and saw that you shouldn't mix hot water with your shakes. Is there a reason besides the problem of getting it to desolve?

I love hot drinks as I am always too cold and the idea of a frosty shake is just to much for me. I have been mixing them in the blender and they get much creamier than cold shakes. I use hot but not boiling ...

It's about time I put a few recipes for holiday sipping here for you.
