Speaking of Cool Whip

Speaking of Cool Whip, there's now a sugar-free version out there. I had it when I was in Denver last week on vacation. A spoon a day with the Medifast chocolate pudding keeps DogMa a very happy puppy.

It's true! Tastes really DO change!

Well, when I first tried a little taste of my hubby's MF chili, I turned my nose up and said "no thanks"...I even hated the smell.

Well, yesterday, I decided to simmer some chili for hubby so he'd have something when he got home. (he always picked the beans out, because they were too hard, because he refused to simmer it for a little while to let them soften) Anyway, as it was simmering, I ...

Getting Rid of "lumps"?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on how to get rid of lumps in the hot cocoa (and probably the other hot drinks)? I don't have a microwave so I had to heat it it on the stovetop. I follwed the directions as closely as possible and stirred, stirred stirred, but to no avail. I liked the flavor, but with almost every sip, there were lumps!

Is it possible that ...

Shepherd Pie

We're actually having cold weather here in California and something warm and different for dinner sounded good. Soooooooo, I got creative. :chef:

I browned very lean ground beef with onions, garlic, salt and pepper and worcesteshire sauce and drained well.

Then I cooked a bag of frozen cauliflower until it was very soft. I drained it well and then used a potato masher and added Molly McButter, ...

Ya gotta get one!

I would recommend to all Medifasters that you invest in a good quality pepper grinder. My nephew gave me a GREAT one for Christmas (before I'd even heard of Medifast!), and some freshly ground pepper does wonderful things for all the soups, my greens, my leans . . . it really makes a difference in flavor.

Thanks In Advance!
Hugs,
Gina

Lamb Curry

Hi!!!

Is lamb curry ok to eat?
It is one of my fiancee's favorites and I don't want to have to make 2 dinners. I make it with zuccini, carrots, and peas, and the sauce is made only with water and spices. I add 1 tbsp xanthum gum to thicken it, and would have a bowl of this and a side salad to equal my 5oz and my green serving.

I want to make this ...
