zucchini pasta?

I know some of you use julienne zucchini as a pasta substitute. My question is if you do this, how much tomato sauce is allowed, or is not allowed? Maybe one with no added sugar... any suggestions here?

I was thinking of haveing that with some grilled chicken one night.

Deli meats

I know this has been discussed on here before but I was so excited I had to share. While shopping yesterday I went to the deli dept and asked to see the nutritional info on the reduced sodium turkey. I found a few different kinds without skin that were smoked or oven roasted that sounded good and had no sugar in them. I picked two different kinds and had them make me 8 different 7oz ...

I tried the Walden Farms ones - sorry but I just don't like the taste of them. I tried the vinegarette and Caesar - there is just a taste that I don't ...

Suggestion for Seniors

I'm trying to find out more suggestions, besides whats on the senior brochure. I'm just wondering what they could do to add calories especially if they don't like chicken :)

Any ideas and thoughts are a plus.

Chocolate Cream Pie ???

Just thought of this and wondered if it would work. Take a packet of brown sugar oatmeal, mix with water and press evenly in a small pie pan or a few tartlet pans. Bake this in the oven until brown and crispy. Than take a packet of chocolate pudding, add a little gelatin and splenda. Spoon the chocolate mixture into the pie shell(s). Chill in the fridge. Add a little cool whip and you have ...
