Help with Chicken Noodle Soup

Yesterday my kids were having chicken noodle soup, it smelled so yummy. So I made the MF chicken noodle soup. A couple of bites and I threw it out. I added a bit of chicken soup base and fresh pepper but thought it was just nasty. It kinda started to"jell up" on me as I tried to eat it. The flavor just seemed ...

Chili Recipe

I got this Medifast Chili recipe today from the Medifast Newsletter. It sounds pretty good. I have not tried it yet. Here it is:

MEDIFAST CHILI RECIPE:

Take 6 packets of the Medifast Chili, 3 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of chili powder and 1 tablespoon of (Knorr) Calso de Tomate (it's a mexican seasoning with tomato bouillon and chicken bouillon in it). Cook in crock-pot on low for 2 hrs. Separate into 6 individual ...

Tilapia help needed...

How long do you cook Tilapia on the George Forman grill and at what temp?

I have a Hamilton Beach grill that has low-med-high settings (and settings in between). I've never been a fish eater, but everyone tells me that Tilapia isn't "fishy" and has a wonderful flavor. Help me out with my first fish endeavor please :)

Thanks!

Granola Recipe YUM YUM

I came up with this granola recipe to help with the crunchy munchies (1 pack of MF crackers just doesn't cut it). Recipe looks long but I was very specific for the non-cooks out there :)

Lipton Iced Tea to Go

Hi, People :exercise:

I am so proud of our daughter - she carries around a quart-sized water bottle and she faithfully slurps her daily supply but she didn't get that from my example. It's not that I drink other things either. I'm just not a drinker by habit.

I wanted to tell you about a product I tried over the weekend. I know how ...

S'mores bars

Hello beautiful Medifasters!
I just tried a s'mores bar, and, well, I'm afraid it tasted like play-doh (yes, I HAVE eaten play-doh!) even after a brief foray into the microwave.
Any suggestions on how to improve the flavor? or should I hit swap n' shop? :)
Thanks!

question about seafood

I sometimes see frozen grilled salmon being sold in the supermarket. I'm tempted to try it but not sure if it's legal. I've had a lot of chicken adn turkey (and occasionally beek) but want more variety. Is frozen cod good as well. and mussels? (I love mussels!!)
