Portabello Mushrooms??

Water bottle Ice sticks

I was at Wal-Mart this weekend and bought one of those ice cube molds that freezes ice sticks that fit in your water bottles. I made some up and put one in my water bottle with some sugar free lipton peach tea. Kept it nice and cold. Just thought I would share that. Terri :guzzle:

Oatmeal pancakes - baked in syrup

Just wanted to share a tip. I routinely make pancakes out of my Maple Oatmeal - just like the cookie recipe only with more water. MMMM Fudgecicles....

This happened by accident and isn't really a "recipe", but it was quite good.

I slipped a chocolate RTD in the freezer to chill it and forgot about it...I ate it frozen and it was like having a big fudgecicle....I was delighted.

Sushi/Sashimi & the Lean/Green

I have a huge love for Sushi & Sashimi, and wonder how much RAW fish I can consume. I know I can have 7oz cooked, but is there any kind of guideline for raw? (I know I can't have a sushi roll, or any rice)

The same is true with beef - I love my steak, burgers, etc., medium rare or rare, but don't want to misjudge my portions.

Guidance would be appreciated!

Teriyaki Sauce

Okay, just for our poor friend ManlyMcMuscles who is hooked on low carb Teriyaki Sauce....

Cool Whip idea

Nancy has given us the info on the cool whip question... That we could probably use it as a snack if we wanted to. And there are so many options - regular, lite, free, chocolate, etc.

MY question is: Would using 2 tablespoons in a pudding be able to make a mousse? Or would it just dissolve in not making much of a difference?
