Hey I can't get the chocolate pudding to be smooth for anything. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? It's all lumpy and I like the taste but I'm having a hard time enjoying the texture.

i saw it on the news tonight and was wondering if anyone has experience w/ them?

I have literally 50+ cans of tuna in the cabinet. Aside from the obvious tuna salad, I sometimes make it hot in an omelette with cheese. My mom always gagged at the thought of ot tune like in a casserole.

Anyway, any ideas you guys can share about how you eat it now. I was thinking it can be mixed with salad dressing in place of mayo..just add in the onion and celery. Any other ...

I made a really delicious and easy green tonight for my L&G so I thought I'd share it.

1 large onion
1/2 head of green cabbage
1-2 tsp olive oil
pepper
salt (optional)

Slice the onion and cabbage into long thin strips.
Saute the onion on medium-low in the olive oil.
After the onion softens up, add the cabbage. Toss it around and let it cook down a bit.
Add pepper and maybe a dash ...

I was never a big fan of them, but every once in a while. I always thought they made the fried soggy, so when people go them, I looked at them funny.

But, I made turnips in the oven the way I usually make them. Just sliced them up, mixed in some spray olive oil and let them cook with spices on them...lots of garlic, of course.

ANyone ever haev banana pudding as a meal and used the apple cinnamon soychips kinda like a scooper, like vanilla wafers?

I have never tasted the apple chips, but I was thinking if youare super hungry, it could be like having crackers with soup.

Here is a recipe that I came across on the Medifast site that sounds pretty good. Thought I would share it with ya'll.

Orange Chicken
1/4 tsp Crystal Lite Orange drink powder
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp ginger
Red pepper flakes (to taste)
Pinch black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp water
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp soy sauce ( or to taste)
7 - 9 oz chicken diced ...

I saw they have it here at the store. It has carrots in it though. Is that ok?
