I am getting bored already and find myself slowly adding calories to things by adding stuff like a bit of cheese or a bit too much dressing. Tonight I was on the run because of a baseball game (Dh coaches baseball so we are always on the run) I grabbed a cup of cottage cheese and threw a bunch of broccoli in a dish with with some dressing. I threw them in bowls and brought ...

change in protocol??

Ok, I'm not entirely sure where to put this, so I'm putting it here in Lean Cuisine.

At the convention, I heard Dr. A say that we should have at least 2 shakes a day. And today on one of the cds in the Business in a Box, I heard the same things again (please don't ask which one -- I've just been sticking them in one after another...and since a lot of them had ...
