I've been hunting for an old fashion vingear recipe for making coleslaw (the NON creamy kind) and cant find it anywhere.

there is a place here in charlotte (nc) called south 21 - they are an old drive in place still in busy! they even have a south 21 jr (a small eat in place) close to my university. I loved going and ordering the slaw and eating it as my green.

YUMMY!! I made a Dutch Chocolate shake tonight with about 4 oz. water, 1 tsp cocoa powder (5 cals/1 carb) and lots of ice - it was amazing! I ate it with a spoon and it was the best MF shake I've had yet.

I'm assuming the cocoa powder is ok, since it only has 5 cals, but please let me know if it's a no-no, although I might still use it! ...

I thought the Robust Tomato soup tasted so much like regular tomato juice that I made the drink below. I liked it a lot. Enjoy!

1 packet Robust Tomato Soup
Horseradish to taste
Worcestershire Sauce to taste
Celery (optional)

Prepare soup and thoroughly chill. Add horseradish and worcestershire sauce to desired taste. Serve with celery.

Often when I make the oatmeal cookies they are a bit spongy. When this happens, all I do is sprinkle a little Molly McButter on it and a drop of sugar free maple syrup and voila. FRENCH TOAST. Hey, I'm just not crazy about the MF puddings, so I took a packet of chocolate pudding, threw it in the blender with a cup or so of cold water and some Davinci German Chocolate FF syrup - WOW! It made the thickest, creamiest shake! :tongue: I wasn't going to order pudding any more, but I have totally changed my mind.

I have 2 questions for y-all and was wondering if I was the only one this was happening to...

1. Mapple brown sugar oatmeal. Did they take ALL the taste out of it? Is there anywhere to let the company know? It used to have some taste...now it tastes like paste if I remember kindergarten. I KNOW they'll do something about it if I let them know.

2. Smores bars...Used to love them, now I'm ...

Anyone who eats them ....do you have the canned ones for a meal?

If so, is one can a cup and a half? I imagine I can measure it frozen, but I was thinking canned might go more easily.

My new thing is cottage cheese and vegetables. It just kicked in this weekend. I have been using up my brocolli, so I haven't measured beans out, yet.

Yum...... just experimented.

1 pkg of chocolate pudding
6 oz of water
5-6 ice cubes
a splash of sugar free peanut butter syrup (torani or davinchi)

Blend in blender and you have a nice, thick, peanut butter cup shake.
