hey all,

i'm a newbie, but i joined this board so i could at least ask the one question i'm dying to have answered. why is the green in my lean and green making me gag? it doesn't matter what the green is, i gag, even with the ones i liked pre-MF. i did okay in my first week, but now i'm in the middle of my third week and can't seem to choke down ...

Tomorrow will be my 2nd week of TSFL and so far, so good (9 1/2 lbs lost through last Monday, I weigh in tomorrow for week 2). :D

I have a question about this recipe. Basically they (MFboard) say this is a lean serving. However, one cup of mozzarella is a lean right? So how does the egg fit in?

I found this recipe on SIM and thought others might enjoy it. Haven't tried them yet, but they sound similar, yet different, from the pancakes I love.

I found this recipe on the SIM forum and tried it. Its awesome and definitely satisfies the desire for bread. Its basically a pizza bread, so folks on maintenance can put stuff on it (cheese)
