UNKNOWN DIETER

So...remember the comic that used to wear the bag on his head so no one knew who he was? Well I feel like that, so I chose it for me. For now I will be the Unknown Dieter, I have hung around, and I mean aR-O-U-N-D for a while,I have posted a few times, tried a few times, failed a few times.

I don't smoke...used to and to quite...it took a few times...

I get ...

Smartipantz

OK I'm starting a new journal because I need to gain control. It's confession time and I'm hoping my journal will not only help me be accountable but to all those who have easily fallen off the wagon over a period of time to back on track.

I started Medifast January of 2006 and lost 67 pounds in a few short months. I went from a size 18/20 to a size 8, went from the ...

Memory

Hey everyone, today is my second day on Medifast, and all is going well. What is shocking to me is that I still haven't had any real cravings, which is abnormal for me. My tummy has been growling today, but I have no psychological need for "food" yet. It is only my second day, but I'm hoping it continues to be this effortless. I really enjoy how easy it is, I know exactly what and ...

Blondeangel

Well I will start this off as a WELCOME BACK to myself after a few month long binge of too many carbohydrated alcoholic beverages and partying until the birds started singing (literally) I'm on day 3 and have vowed to be more diligent in posting a journal entry every day.. I have to say that Bikipatra has really been my inspiration and I looked back on her Studio images and journal entries to really get ...

Happy Home Maker

Ok, so here it is the night before I start my program...

I'm excited and nervous. I'm not nervous to start the program, I'm nervous about keeping the weight off.

I've lost the weight before, only for it to come back. I'm so tired of losing the weight. I've changed the way I eat and the types of foods, now I need to change the amounts. I have to watch my portions.

My worry or ...
