Well, I might as well join in on the journals! I've been trying to read everyone's, but have been too busy to finish. I only have internet at work, so- I get to read everything in little bits.

First of all, my name is Holly and I'm 36/married/live in Dallas. I work with 4 people who have done MF off and on, and all love it! No one has put weight back on, and it ...

Bye Bye to the OLD ME! (Leah's journal)

So here is my journal. I served in the army for 5yrs. I always had to be taped for not making the weight requirements. Although I was the smallest I have ever been. it wasn't small enough for my height. Then I got out, and since been following my husband in his military career. When I first got out, I dealt with the removal of excersise (swore to myself I would never run again) and ...

Well, day one hasn't been so bad... I loved the caramel nut bar! I have the cappucino mixed with some fresh brewed coffee first this morning -- that will DEFINITELY be something I reorder! Strawberry shake could have been better... had chicken and italian green beans for my meal, and am now drinking a Dutch chocolate shake with Raspberry crystal light! YUM!!!! My blender is not ...

Toni-mom-of-4

Today is the 2nd day of MF.
Yesterday, I had beef broth soup with cut up steak and broccoli, then for dinner was just a salad.
For lunch today, I chopped up eggplant with seasoning and added tomatoes.
For dinner, I plan to make whole chicken and take out my pieces and put it in a salad.

THINKnTHIN

Well here we go! I have been thinking of journaling for years and I am hoping that it is a way to gain insight into my "self" that will be very important in not only losing weight, but in "curing" my weight problem once and for all, namely why I keep making myself win and then letting myself fail again. So now is the time to post instead of eat...because it is dinner time and ...

QT2Lose45

So here i go with my journal....

First, about me:
I am 28 yrs old. I spent 10 yrs in the Navy when the only thing that ever held me back was my weight. (not that it held me back too much, I made E6 in less than 8 yrs.) When i was the best at doing what i did, and a great leader for juniors, i struggled continuously with weight. I was overlooked for ...

Monkeegirl

Well, I am pretty new to MF, and terrible at journaling, lol, so I thought I better start out right and begin my journal too. (scary!! I've never shared my life before like this, so I hope I don't bore you all to tears!!!)

I am 35, and have a wonderful husband and three gorgeous children, 16, 14, 10, that I also homeschool. My kids are awesome---my oldest, Zach, and his little brother, Logan, have ...

Well, today is my first day on MF. My shipment is due to arrive sometime today, so I went ahead and had a Glucerna Shake.

I really am going to make this work - I am ready to get on with my life.

Almost through my first day back. Should be pretty easy to stay on the program since we'll be moving to Oregon. I think the full fast will keep me from cheating since I wont have to deal with food at all. I'll just go one day at a time.
