I started February 20th and I am so pleased so far. The headaches were a problem in the beginning, they lasted about a week and a half.

Not sure why I had them so long but I have been true to the program. I haven't deviated, following as written. I have high hopes this time that I will be successful. When people talk about keeping it off, my only concern now is getting it off. ...

Well, today is my first day back on Medifast. I am sooo happy to be doing this again. My first attempt was halted due to an unexpected pregnancy...

Ladies watch out! Medifast can make you ovulate erratically!

Anyway, I had a beautiful baby girl so now I have 3 kids, 2 of which are only 15 months apart. At least they will have each other to play and fight with LOL! ...

Ok, so here's my journal...

I'll admit it. I'm so totally frustrated!!!! :x This weight loss seems to be going SO slowly... I'm going to have to do something to figure out what's up with my schedule or choices or something.

On the other hand, there is something very good about trying. I'm glad I'm here among such a neat group of super supportive folks who are ...

I've read many of the journals posted here and found them very encouraging. Encouragement - the lending of courage. That is what the members of this forum do, they lend their courage.

I recently celebrated my 57th birthday and at the end of May my husband and I will celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. I have two grown children (son and daughter) and two grandchildren (boy and girl.) Over the last five years I've lost ...

Okay. The doorbell just rang and the little brown UPS man just ran up my driveway, so that means my delivery is here.

I have so much work to do but I'm more interested in unwrapping my order and studying the 'user's manual'. Tomorrow will be my official first day as I've already had a ridiculous food selection today.

So...my initial info is:

Buck naked starting weight: 185.8
Goal: 129 (just want to get to ...

Ok, here i am after thinking long and hard about creatng a journal. Not much of a writer, i do realize there is more of a "personal" contact with each other in this particular forum. For weeks now i have been reading and admiring ALL of the wonderful entries here.

Seeing y'all "overcoming" your various trials and tribulations and reaching your goals week after week has given me the much needed "inspiration" to help me ...

Well.....after reading several journals, I have decided to write one of my own.

I am a married mother of two great boys, 7 and 10. Because of health reasons, my mother lives with us. If anyone stress eats.......it's ME!! I mean.....come on.....my mother and husband live in the same house!!! Although they love each other, space is ...

I am back--trying to get into the restart MF groove. The short version of my saga is this. February 2003, shortly before having a baby I had ballooned to 340-something. I got down to 310 in 12 weeks or so, really not doing much. Husband left for Iraq 3 days after the baby came, had sciatica problems from the weight gain/baby. Not a lot that my post-partum self really cared about. Over the next 9 ...

This is the first posting in my journal. I re-re-reupped with MF back in January, and started keeping track of my weight at the beginning February. Since then, I have lost 12 lbs! Before that, I know I lost more but it was too scary to contemplate getting on the scale to see what my real starting weight was. Yow.

I can't say that I will post too much in here, or that it will ...
