I am going to Antigua for 10 days and am wondering if anyone know whether or not I can takes my products with me?? I know you can not transport fruit and vegetables and meats, etc, but what about packaged foods like medifast? Does anyone know the answer to this?
I don't plan on taking much, just enough to have a few "snakcs" every so foten to try and keep up with the plan!

This morning, I was getting dressed and DH says "Those pants are just TOO BIG!" (He knows just what a girl wants to hear!) So, out with the 16s and in with the 14s ... and even those are a little loose! Yay! Did I mention that I :heart: Medifast ?!?

Well, my parents had a lunch to celebrate my dads b-day today. I had 2 MF meals. Then planned to have my L&G meal for lunch. So I had chicken and green beans. Well, THEN they broke out the cake :( Yea, well let's just say, I had a slice and a couple of crackers with dip. So, should I still continue on having my MF meals ...

So here is my question. I know many health dieticians have stated that you shouldn't eat too late before bed. Some say nothing after 8pm. Today, I had my MEAL for lunch. So the rest of the day are MF meals. I am wondering, what is the latest I can have my meals? Does it matter on when I actually go to bed? Is there such a thing as don't eat any sooner then 2hrs ...

In the chili, my beans won't cook. They are always hard. Yesterday, I cooked in the time asked, then placed a cover over the bowl and let it steep for a few minutes. Well, I think that may have cooked 3 of them. LOL Any tips on cooking my beans :lol:
