First Weigh-in on MF

I feel that I am cheating somewhat putting on my first weigh in under the MF regime as I only started last Wednesday - but I have my plan and charts etc all set up and they call for a weekly weight in on a Monday morning and it is Monday morining here and who am I to disturb my finely wrought routine hehehe

Dropping goal AGAIN!! LOL

Well I think that I am going to drop my goal weight again!! :lol: I think I am going to just drop it 10 more pounds and hopefully I will be happy there!! lol Down to 180 pounds!!!

Any help would be great I want to start exercising.

So I did what was said I have not exercised the first 3 weeks. I will be going on My 4th week on Tuesday.

I want to start on my elyptical but I really dont know how much I should do. And should I do it once a day or every other day. I need to lose now 100#.

How Much Water Do You Drink Daily?

I drink at least 100 oz a day because when I first started I remember reading in someone's journal that they thought this really helped. It is easy for me because, except for my walks and the occasional appointment, I have water in front of me. ahhhh

After 1 week of total compliance I am up 1 lb, so out of frustration, depression, dissappointment, and bad habbit, I ate Ice cream and chips for breakfast.

What was I thinking? I am trying to lose weight, nit gain it so eating crap out of depression helps nothing and just makes it worse!!!

I have committed to the 14 days of total compliance, and fully intent to keep my committment.

A (not-so-new) and exciting discovery

OK, I'm a bit dim, I admit it. I heard everyone raving about the chai and the capuccino, so I got some. When I prepared them my usual way (dump in cup, douse with boiling water, stir) I was APPALLED at the result. Undrinkable! Nasty!
