So, today, the kids and I went to the Goodwill. I decided I needed to look for a few pairs of slacks for work, as I "outgrew" several pairs by getting too small. (That in itself is an NSV.) The Kitchen and Co. in my town just closed and they were the ONLY store in 50 miles that carried Davinci sf syrups!!!

So I thought about this after a conversation in a journal with someone afraid of losing weight and the changes it will bring? I maintain that very little is actually different, and most of what HAS changed is within me (and completely by choice). Jo says there are LOTS of changes. So what do the rest of you think, and what's really changed since you lost the weight?

I did my first official weigh in today with the nutritionist and I lost 10.3 lbs so far! I thought it was 11.....here's the great part. According to the machine NONE OF IT WAS WATER WEIGHT! I was shocked! :whattha: I had actually gained a pound in water weight from my first visit.
