Well, I'm down 18 pounds in my first three weeks....not too shabby ;) !!!

I'm probably not gonna weigh myself again until Christmas...I'm like Mike, I don't want to get too wrapped up in the scale (I'd rather see a "big" loss, too 8) !!!)

So.....

My 2nd week loss...6 pounds! Thats a total of 16 pounds gone in 2 weeks!
I feel great and now I look forward to stepping on the scale.

SO... I work in a commercial building with about 40 day time employees. I was in the lu peeing (as most of you are are fully aware of) as I do 20 times a day. Just so happens that the bathrooms are right outside of the magnificent kitchen. As I am washing up (yes I do wash my hands) I hear overthe PA the Operator announce:

"Attention all employees, there is PIE in the kitchen" ...

I don't know who made this bar, but it is GREAT!! :D I bought a lot of the extras with my first order, just to ease into this. The peanut butter is ok, a little sweet. Cream of broc. is good so are crackers and fast chicken soup. My favorite shake flavor is chocolate and i add a packet of splaenda cause of the after taste. ...

Is anyone considering doing the modified program on Thanksgiving Day and/or Christmas Day???

I'm thinking about it, but I'm not sure. I don't want to open up Pandora's box, so to speak :shock: , but on the other hand, a plate of salad and some white turkey meat would seem like an absolute FEAST ;)

Any thoughts?????? ...

a small slip. I was ABSOLUTELY DYING to have a cheese burger. It was all I could think about all day long. No matter how many shakes I drank or how much boullion I had, it just would not go away. I was literally driving myself crazy.

Hi everone. I worked all day yesterday so just now posting my wt. loss for sat. morn I lost 2# this week thats a total of 25# I am :D about that wish it was more but I will take what ever at least it is a lost .susan

This was a rough week for me. We had a stomach bug make the rounds in the house, plus my step-daughter wound up in the hospital this week and I found out that one of our dear relative's newborn baby may have Cystic Fibrosis.

I did make some off-plan food choices, but I'm back on the wagon and doing fine. My weight loss for this week was only 1 pound, but it beats the heck ...

Week one is over and I couldn't believe the scale. So I went to the doctor's office to have my girlfriend weigh me. I have loss 15.5 #. This really works!
