End of week 3

Another good weigh-in this morning. Minus 5 more lbs. for a total of 25 lbs. gone is 3 weeks. :lol: I'm not complaining. I usually have 4 supplements and a modified meal. Sometimes I just go with full fast. I think I can continue this indefintely. Maggie

Modified vs. Full Fast

I've been doing about 1/2 and 1/2 modified vs. full fast (about three
days a week modified, the rest fast). Is it just me, or does anyone
else out there notice that the days of full fast area actually easier
than the modified days? When I have a meal at night, I find that I'm
actually hungrier and am tempted to eat more than my alloted portion.

Lean green portions and preparation, AND sweetener question

So does anyone have advice on how to eyeball the 4-6 oz. of meat, fish or protein I should be limiting myself to? I'd rather not go buy a scale. And of course I won't be deep-frying it or ladeling gravy on top, but what are my preparation options? What do you recommend.

Also, 2 cups of salad greens actually seems like a very small quantity when I lightly tossed some spinach and mixed greens ...

The "70" Plan, Full Meal Replacement

The text from the TSFL site says:

The program is based on having 5 meal replacements per day. You should have at least 3 shakes and may use Oatmeal, Supplement Bars, Creamy and Chicken Noodle Soups, or Cocoa to round out your meal replacements.


It seems I've read that 6 meal replacements (or shakes) are allowd. What should I go by?

I've fallen and I can't get up!

boulion / excersize

I have seen people post about boulion. What are the rules (how much can you have a day?)

I have some of the chicken noodle soups, are those going to slow down the weight loss? I know my first few days are going to be the hardest, and the boulion or soup would help me get through it. Just want to make sure I dont over do it or break any rules.
