Day 5 Again!

Good Morning everyone!
Well today is day 5... for the second time. I started on Jan. 1st. the first time at 225lbs. On day 5 I was at 220lbs. I went to make a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich for one of my sons and ended up having a peanut butter sandwich myself! Will POWER!!!

Will Power…..

Just a comment or two. I was sitting here sipping my 7:00am shake. Oddly, 122 days into this program, I just learned about a week ago, to mix my shakes, and let them sit for about 5 minutes before gulping. This allows them to get pretty thick. I used to pour/mix/gulp all within about 15 seconds… Huge difference… Make them ICE COLD.

Water question



Just wondering if tea counts towards the 64 oz of water. I'm still waiting for my order to arrive which I'm sure will have info about that.

I've done Medifast with great success before and have been drinking shakes that have been sitting in the cupboard for a few years. I'm really excited about finding this site! When I finally got to my goal weight before the Doctor/Nurse that was working with me didn't help ...

Little dizzy

Hey Gang!
Today is day 5 for me. So far so good. The first 3 days were actually very easy for me. Last night though, around 7 P.M. I got very hungry so I doubled up on my last 2 supplements. Hi everone.
I lost 1# this week not much but no gain. and I am trying to get back on the wagon from the holidays.It is sure hard now I am doing the 3 days allover so I don;t recommend cheateing to anyone it is just to hard to overcome but I will over come looking to next week now.

Well its day 4

modification choices

If I have to choose the modified plan from time to time, is Broccoli Beef, chinese food an acceptable meal substitute? I know to stay away from rice, etc. I don't need lectures on the obvious.
