Can you count you water in your shakes and ice as part of your 64 oz per day? I can't stand drinking water by itself.

I'm a little confused on the full fast plan. The quick start book says 5-6 shakes a day and somewhere in the forum I read 5-7 per day. What is the deciding factor? Do I need to have at least 5 shakes and 1 or 2 more if I'm feeling hungry?

Starting tomorrow and I'm very excited.

My dr just prescribed xenical for me to aid in weight loss. I told her about medifast, she didn't seem to care (i didn't tell her TRUE calorie intake or she'd freak). For anyone who can answer this question: I have just noticed that under our names when we post is a designation: Preferred Member 100# Club, Preferred Member 30#Club, Trusted Member, Regular Member or Newbie. Now that you're nearing your goal, how do you feel about going through transition and getting into maintenance?
