Hi all, Today was my fourth day...but got on the scale this morning and no loss...thought that was weird...but I should NOT get on the scale every day...but I did NOT get discouraged like I have in the past with other programs.....why??? I am a very confused girlie over here. :? I am on the full meal replacement plan and my advisor has told me that I should have 5 supplements a day and that 3 of them are to be shakes. I have seen on here to take 4-5 shakes a day. What is it supposed to be?

I've decided to wait for at least 3 weeks before I slowly begin to build my exercise routine. Medifast doesn't provide 100% of our recommended daily Potassium intake (according to the nutrients panel on the box). The dutch chocolate provides 65% (my least favorite flavor) and the Swiss chocolate and the French vanilla only provide 55%. Should I be concerned. Should I get a Potassium supplement. If so, can I get that supplement over the counter?
Today is day 12 and I have lost 9 lbs. Note to all women - don't freak out if you don't lose much around "that time of month." (sorry, boys!) Ok, so I have said previously that the bars didn't really float my boat, but I keep one handy in case I have to miss a shake (only 1 a day though!). I would rather eat the bar than stray from my course.
Well......I just ordered a sample of a couple of bar flavors I hadn't tried yet and I would like to retract my previous "bars are yucky" type statements!!!!!

I'm still a newbie, this is my 8th day ( 9 lbs gone :D ) I've heard others mention sleeplessness. I've been feeling lots of increased energy, which is great, but I have been waking up a lot and earlier. Is this a common thing? Jade
