With my first order of Medifast products I only ordered shakes. I just received my second order and added the crackers and soups and stuff. Am I actually supposed to eat the pack of crackers? That is a lot of crackers. :D

By one pack, I mean one of the white plastic packs that come in a box of 7 packs.

Weighed 285 about 2 weeks ago.
The math worked out to about 7.5 pounds per week!

well..im on Day #3 and for some reason..while I was on my 20th trip to tinkle in the bathroom..I rememberd I had some Ketosis strips in my cabinet above..so I got them..ran one under my urine..and NOTHING...didnt change at all. When I did atkins and ate only 20 grams of carbs a day...they turned dark purple in about 3-4 days.
I know not to get discouraged..but Im just a tad worried now that ...

I played with my new scale last night and was bummed to see that my old scale is off by 3lbs. Hubby kept telling me that, but I refused to believe it. LOL…now I have to. So my new number is now 258. I've had to go off of medifast for a week while I take some heavy duty antibiotics for a strep throat infection :( I'm not happy. . . . but I see my doctor tomorrow, and can hopefully go back on this Sunday. sigh.
I haven't been eating junk, but I felt SO much better on medifast!!!
