Well, this will be my first “shirtless” vacation that I can remember. The last time I remember going out in public without a shirt was high school days (late 70’s). I can barely remember coming home from the beach, fair haired, pale skinned sun burned. I was hurting, and needed to go to my friends house. As of today, I have lost 70 lbs!!! :):):):):)

i am a little upset!! i try to only weigh one a week and i am only on my 2 week. when i weighed saturday i lost 8 lbs the first week. well, i got on the scale today and i have gained a 1 lb. why!! i am doing the fast and this was really discouraging. does this usually happen. i really wanted to be down about 3 or 4 lbs when i weighed ...

I had trouble on Sunday trying to post in roll call does any one have any ideas why. The screen kept telling me "invalid session".

Other than that things are going better this week and I thank you all again for being here. Your support got me through that first couple of weeks which were hard for me

Sorry I post my results on Wednesdays instead of Sunday 'cause that's when I started. I am happy w/ my second week. My total is 13 lbs. gone!! Yippee!

I'm just starting out and am really worried that I'll have huge flaps of loose skin on my stomach and arms, among other places!
Also, I've read that rapid weight loss can cause a person to lose muscle instead of fat.
Help!
