I posted a couple days ago and haven't been gotten advice/insight about this issue: I would like to know how often those of you who are on the full fast (or have been in the past) go to see your doctors.

It was suggested that I call the health advisor's line, but my hours are incompatible for calling until the weekend, so I was hoping to get some guidance from the board.

Happy Day!! 20 lbs. gone. It has been 6 weeks now (which went by in a flash). Thanks again for all your support. I don't think I would have been as successful without this special group!!

I would have done this years ago and not gotten to the plus size I was at 4 weeks ago but I am only 4 weeks into this and and have now lost 20lbs. I understand now it's all about changing your body's chemistry and this is by far the simplest thing I've ever done and I was wondering if others have tried it evidentally it has a very high rate of success for weight ...

Has anyone experienced hairloss on medifast? I'd love to get a post going on this one folks..i see an increase in hairloss and although I am not overly concerned at the moment, I could be if it gets out of control...

I've almost written a post here on the forum, almost, for a month or so. I was too ashamed to tell you all that I had put 10 pounds back on. Crazy, you guys would be the last to pass judgment, and there's no one harder on themselves than me.

TamiL put it into words perfectly when she recently described her slide before restarting Medifast again. I was down to 150 and I slipped right ...

I mixed some Medifast shakes last Thursday at work and left them in the refrigerator. I didn't get back to work until today. Are the shakes still good or should I toss?

I just weighed in yesterday. I am down a little over 30 pounds. I am so excited! Again, I have to thank all the people on the board for their continuous support. Without it, this would be so much more challenging. You guys are the best. Thanks

Looks like I'm first this morning.
