Sunday Morning Roll Call: June 24, 2007

I gained 1.5 pounds. TOM and brought home two dudes I found on the corner, Ben and Jerry. Unfortunately, I need to be removed from the 70 club until I lose half a pound. So hopefully I will keep you busy changing me back later this week!

Hairloss

I've only been on MF for six days and have been noticing that my hair is falling out more. I am getting concerned about this. Does this last very long. Is there anything one can take to stop this?

High Blood Pressure

Hey everyone, I know it has been a few weeks. My son has fractured his foot and my husband is not feeling that well

My quick question is. My husband has reallly high blood pressure. He is really nervous and it is scaring the hell out of me. We do have heart disease that runs both sides of our family.

I think I screwed up today

...I'm not sure though. I took 8oz of scallops and boiled them and they ended up being not even 4oz, so they shrunk more than half. anyway, since I didn't know what to eat to have my 7oz of lean I decided to eat Boca Soy burgers and heated one up. How to start

I was exercising 5 times a week until I stopped about six weeks ago. I would do eliptical or treadmill for an hour and then maybe a little bit of strength training every other day. I've read several posts where people are using cheese for their lean & green meal. How much can we use? Can we use it every day? What kind of cheese?

Fat vs. Muscle

This picture is a replica of 5lbs of Fat (the yellow mass) and 5lbs of Muscle (the red mass). Since fat takes up a lot more space than muscle, you can see how you could gain 5lbs of muscle and lose 5lbs of fat and actually be smaller even though the scale says you weigh the same.

Egg beaters

It says in the quick guide to use 2 cups egg beaters for the lean part of the meal. My question are those supposed to be 2 cups raw or 2 cups after you make it? I had that for dinner today and measured it raw and when it was done with the veggies and all it seemed quite a bit.

The Big Cheat!!!!!

Well, I did it....I finished my MBA AND I partied like a rockstar Saturday night! We had our big celebration, drank way too many martinis and ate stuff that was delicious and SOOOOOOOO not anywhere near plan.
