Hi,

I've only been back on the program a few days. I weighed myself this morning and it was 218 lbs. I like the idea of weighing on Sunday because it kind of start the week for me. So I will weigh next Sunday to see what the loss is.

My week started badly, emotionally speaking, but I made it and lost two more pounds. "Success in a Shaker Jar" made it clear that I'm in an actual recognized phase of boredom. Well, I weighed in for the end of month #1 on medifast....20 pounds GONE!!!! 8)

I was hoping for a 20 pound loss and it was EXACTLY 20!

I'm off to Niagara Falls for the holiday. I have my shakes and soups and bars packed away. And a brand new, smaller, colorful, no old-lady-with-a-skirt-to-my-knees bathing suit and pareo to sit by the pool in. :shades:

I have 6 packets of Creamy Broccoli soup and 12 packets of Cappucino that I will never consume. I don't want to throw them out and was thinking I could trade them with someone. Maybe someone has some shakes or oatmeal that they don't want and we can just mail them to each other with no money exchaning hands?

I don't know if this is proper etiquette on the forum- if it isn't just ignore ...

Hi all,
I hope everyone is well. I vowed that I would remain on the full fast (only shakes) for four months, but I saw the chicken noodle soup sample pack and now I'm wondering if it would be safe to have that every now and then.

So my question is twofold:

1) Does the soup slow down weight loss?

2) Does eating the soup mean that I am no longer on the full fast? ...

Does anyone have a suggestion for the right scale to buy. :scratchhead:
I think there is something wrong with mine....every time I get on it it changes two or three times before it decides to stop on a weight. Mine is called a Slimmer. I liked it because it was very thin and didn't take up a lot of room in my bathroom.
