Yesterday completes my first (consecutive!) three weeks of the shakes-only plan, and, guess what? Today is just another in the line of fire I'm waging to get this work acomplished. There's no better time, and I THINK I'm strong enough to do it. With that thought in mind, let me say that it's working, and working almost beyond my expectations. In the third week, I lost five pounds!! WHO would think there'd be sufficient oomph ...
Just in case anyone wondered I have been on vacation and also in the process of moving from Atlanta to Tampa, FL. It has been a very disruptive two weeks but I am hanging tough. My family was shocked at how small I had gotten. That really motivated me. Off course it did not stop them from wanting to feed me. I am managing to stay faithful to the 5:1 plan and will ...
Hi! Hey, what's the story with the pudding? I read in one of the brochures that the pudding is not a meal replacement, but I think it is! This would be very wonderful if it were just a snack, but I am in serious doubt! Please advise, and have you read that it's not a meal replacement or was I seeing things? Thanks! Darci

I began my complete program on July 21, 2004 and left a post here regarding my cheating...it seemed that I couldn't get enough a little snack here or part of a serving from what I was serving my family - ugh! ...

I am new here. Been on Medifast for about 10 days and this morning 10 pounds down.
I am finding that I have less energy. Much less. Not that I am wiped out. But normally I am busy buzzing around or going somewhere from the time I get up until I go to bed. Now I am wanting not to do that. Just kind of slow. Don't even want to practice tai chi which I ...
On the MF plan or any plan, drinking lots of water is good for your system and weight loss. But you knew that already right?
I've been an avid water drinker for over 20 years and I'd like to pass on my secret to drinking lots of water to anyone who is having trouble getting their 64oz in per day -
I like to drink water out of one quart water bottles ...
Hi all...I hope everyone is doing wonderfully today...
Not too long ago, I ordered the Medifast Chicken Noodle Soup, and since that time, I have become almost obsessed with it. I limit my consumption to no more than 2 per day, but I wonder if my body's reaction to it may be doing more harm than good (for instance, do I respond to the soup in the same fashion that the body responds to alcoholic ...
