Lost 7 lbs in August! Yes, wish the number was bigger, however added to the 14 lbs lost in July and 20 lost in June, the total is now 41 lbs in 3 months which is ALMOST an average of 1 pound every other day. (Mike, I use FUZZY math cause my brain only deals in fuzzy logic.) :scratchhead:

Indeed I did! Woohoo! I weighed in at 275 today, and I've been on the program for four weeks exactly--how perfect was THAT timing? LOL

I'm a weenie though--I made my next goal smaller! LOL I need a tangible reward more than once a month, and when I hit a goal, I do something nice for myself, get it? this means I need to hit more goals, so I made them smaller!

Now who doesn't want to go to sunny FL? Who would rather stay home in the safety of four Medifast walls rather than go visiting for the weekend? Is my arm being twisted? Am I a slave to a plan without obvious merit? Do I submit too easily to what I don't really want, and why don't I want it?

Well, it's because these people (would-be-inlaws) have disappointed me time and time again, AND YET, ...

Ok, just for giggles - I thought I'd share with you my most outrageous/silly/dumb rationalization for why it was ok for me to be fat.

I actually thought once "Yah, but if I'm stranded on a deserted island or some survivor situation, I'm good to go for months with these reserves!"

I was not a big fan of the medifast chili until today.
