Buying a Turkey
A lady was picking through the frozen turkeys at the
grocery store, but couldn't find one big enough for her family.
She asked a stock boy, "Do these turkeys get any bigger?"
The stock boy replied, "No ma'am, they're dead."

Does anyone have any advice for getting through Thanksgiving? I will have lots of family in, lots of cooking to do, etc.......I am doing fine now, just would like to be a bit ahead of the temptation thing..... I need a plan.

I have been researching veggie recipes and found some excellent
ones with eggplant. Is it ok on MF Or not??

COULD SOMEBODY TELL ME REAL QUICK. How do you gain 8 pounds in 72 hours when you are doing the fast with a 200 calorie meal. And let me add i work out 3 1/2 hrs a day. I made it through the 1st month on MF but my stomach seems to be constantly upset. I also have a "gunky" feeling in my mouth ALL the time that makes me cough. My partner says I sound like I'm coughing up a hairball? After drinking a shake I always have to eliminate saliva. Water does not seem to eleviate this feeling in my mouth. Any suggestions about what's going on? I've never been lactose ...

Well, I've had to move my microwave to a different part of the kitchen. Getting my head inside to lick up the spilled oatmeal was just too hard when it was in the corner.

As promised, here are my "final" stats at my goal weight. I am still planning for some improvements in inches as I continue to tone so I may update you in a few months. I thought it might be helpful for folks who are just beginning the program.
